Based on the Property Prospectus provided to our Funding Partner, they knew that we would be directly involved throughout the investment term period

In 92 days, which was the length of this transaction, our Funding Partner earned over $7,000 on their investment (exceeding 16% APR - CCI provided an extra bonus for the Funding Partner on this transaction)
