However, while cash is king, credit is queen! A high credit score allows those with cash to leverage and grow their cash more effectively. All of our real estate investors will have to make down payments of at least 10% to 20% down and in most cases will have to show a minimum credit score of 620 to participate in our loan programs.

However, if you do not meet our minimum credit score or want to increase your credit score, Coastal Capital provides FREE credit restoration services for those that choose to partner with us as Capital Partners for specific projects.
