As a Private Lender/Capital Partner or as a Real Estate Investor, once you fund or acquire a real estate asset, our work is just beginning. In addition to initial due diligence prior to funding or acquiring a real estate asset, we place premier importance on asset management. Our Property Management services and our loan servicing process is seamless and CCI will work with you for the lifetime of the project which typically ranges to 6 months to well over 5+ years.
Staying on top of current and upcoming real estate trends is also one of the things that we do regularly here at Coastal Capital in order to make sure that we target the best properties for our Private Lenders/Capital Partners and real estate investors. Educating our clients on such trends protects our clients' interests. Managing your portfolio professionally and competently, whether it is a loan portfolio or an asset portfolio, is our fiduciary responsibility and we take it very seriously. Our team at CCI is here to ensure we are all successful together. As your partner, we’ll routinely follow up with you to provide you with financial summaries of your portfolio, remind you of important reporting deadlines and provide ongoing best-practices for communicating with investors.

Managing your funding portfolio or your real estate portfolio is just as crucial as funding or acquiring top-notch real estate. Our consistency in managing our clients' portfolios is crucial in maintaining and building trust with our valued clients. Regular Reporting on your Portfolio

For our Private Lenders/Capital Partners, we provide you with a quarterly update on how your project is performing compared to plan.

For our real estate investors, we provide monthly reports on their rental portfolio or the status of their fix and flip assets. Our reports also provides insight into the real estate market where your asset is located.
Paying and Posting Revenues
Payments from your portfolio are paid to our Private Lenders/Capital Partners on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annual basis based your personal preferences. For rental portfolios, payments to investors are paid monthly as income is received. We make it easy to pay out distributions by collecting your preferred payment method and associated account information. Payment are typically paid from attorney escrow account.
Annual Tax Documentation
Every lender and investor is provided with the necessary documentation needed to properly file their taxes in a timely manner. We also can work with your tax professional to ensure that all tax benefits and designations are properly realized.
Constant Communication and Availability
Clear, transparent and consistent communication is essential in any sustainable business relationship. Your advisor and the CCI team will be available consistently to answer any questions you may have about your portfolio and maintain a positive experience with CCI. Any questions you have will be answered no later than 24 business hours whenever possible.
