Coastal Capital does not have the strict credit requirements of banks. However, credit will play a factor in the loan you will qualify for with us. However, we place more emphasis on the real estate project you have, your previous experience and your desired exit strategy. To secure a loan with us, you do need a credit score of 600-650+. For those that don't meet our credit minimum, do not despair. We provide free credit restoration services for those that partner with us and earn solid returns on capital.
