We target real estate transactions that pay our Private Lenders/Capital Partners typically between 8% and 12% APR for their desired term period. Also, with deals that are acquired and managed throughout by CCI, financial partners receive a percentage of net profits on the transaction in addition to interest earned and repayment of principal. Net profits can be paid directly to Financial Partner, designated beneficiary or charity of choice.

Due to the high quality we place on the real estate assets we pursue and approve along with the strict underwriting process, we are able to target solid, passive income for our financial partners no matter the real estate or economic marketplace.
