Steven has lived in Greensboro, North Carolina since graduating from Yale University. In addition to earning his MBA at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Steven has held roles as a financial advisor, business banker and asset-based lender during his professional career.

As a real estate investor for almost 20 years, Steven has completed over 300 transactions and has experienced the ups and downs of the real estate and stock markets over the past 2 decades. Steven also acts as a buyer’s agent for several prominent iBuyers, institutional investors and hedge funds.

Part of Steven's success has been his experiences with the ups and downs of the real estate market. He stresses repeatedly how the best education he has received in real estate came with some of his failures. These experiences as well as the many successful ones has positioned him to assist other investors avoid the pitfalls he and many other investors have faced over the years.

Steven is also a licensed Realtor and loves building relationships with fellow investors and Capital Partners.
