Michelle brings to CCI over 25 years of real estate practices and sales experience in a variety of industries such as FDIC and HUD. In 2006, she incorporated Open Door Realty Plus, Inc as its President, Licensed Realtor and Certified Property Manaager. As a former real estate closer and administrator who has first-hand knowledge and expertise in the mortgage processes, she understands how to bring buyers, sellers and investors together to achieve their goals.

She is a proactive problem solver adept at identifying opportunities to streamline the closing process, negotiations, and transactions.
