At CCI, we help our real estate investors identify, repair and ultimately sell quality real estate properties for a profit. One of the most important areas of real estate investing that is critical to making money is finding the right contractors to fix these homes. Below you will see one or more homes that is in need of repair. Below each video is the Project Scope of work that the owner is looking to get done on this home. If you are interesting in submitting a bid for this home please use the Rehab/Construction Budget form (it is a fill-in form) that you can use to estimate the pricing of the labor and materials. Please indicate if your estimate includes materials. If it does not include materials, please provide a rough estimate of what you think the repairs will entail. We understand that until you can visit the property, the numbers you provide are just an estimate and will not be a firm estimate until you visit the home. Once we receive your estimate, you will then be notified to visit the home so that you can provide a more firm estimate.

Due to the fact that we provide lending on no less than 20 homes each month, we are always looking to find reputable contractors to put on our approved list to help our real estate investors complete their renovation projects.
